Refund and Return Policy:
At Shumiqua Jewels, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. For hygiene and safety reasons, and to ensure every customer receives a brand-new product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once items have been purchased.
Each piece is individually crafted, making every item unique. There may be slight variations in colour and finish.
1. No Refunds
Due to the intimate nature of our jewellery and hygiene considerations, all sales are final. We are unable to issue refunds for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference.
2. Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted if:
The item arrives damaged or defective, or
You receive the wrong item by mistake.
To be eligible for an exchange:
You must contact us within 2 working days of delivery at info@shumiquajewels.co.uk
The item must be returned unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
If approved, we will arrange for a replacement item in return of the item
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene purposes, earrings, body jewellery, and personalized/custom pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstance, unless faulty on arrival.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at info@shumiquajewels.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll provide instructions for replacement.
5. Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or ship
